Tawaf (Circumambulation)

I have secrets on my shoulders that suffice;
Which are enough to water the deserts of sadness from my tears;
And the remnants of the spirit escape from my heart...
... and pass like pearls over my sa'f.
As a way of respect to the blood relation.
My dreams had surrounded the house of sadness (Bayt al-Huzn);
And found the spirits humble around it;
The door had become the prison guard ...
... who made a knife from wood ...
... a nail invades the chest-bone ...
I called the eternal spectrum ....
I, O My Lord! Do not know!
Are bushes and branches collected and gathered around it ...
... while the stars of the universe and purity accumulate under its covers?
I shouted, and the orbits cried in mourning;
Does the star of pleasure collapse?
And does her heart bleed?
And does she meet Allah whilst angry?
Does the pure soul, buried secretly ...
And her wounded coffin moves in silence with tear-filled eyes ...
... while the moonlight shone from upon the horizon.
So, I am bareheaded;
I call upon the Supreme Entity!
I, O My Lord, I am sorrowful ...
And from the secrets of those chosen by you ...
That is why I go ...
... which are shading me from the East ...
I, My Lord, I read them ...
I see an inheritance (Imam Mahdi(AJ)) approaching us ...
... without tear and without fear.
He (Imam al-Mahdi(AJ)) extends a hand which is held ...
O Zahra! O, my Mother!
Anyone who pleases her pleases me.
Anyone who hurt her hurt me!
She is my soul ...
and a pure running river (Kawthar).
And my tears had been pouring.
Anyone who pleases her pleases me.
And I recite and recite words ...
... which I do not understand;
... as if its letters were not of my language.
During my pilgrimage, I read the verses ...
This is a door which does not protect ...
... and this is an inheritance which does not enrich;
And that was a sincere will ...
... which does not protect from pain and strife.
She is my Mother! She is my Whole!
And my rib had been broken!
Anyone who hurt her hurt me!
Anyone who hurt her hurt me!
Anyone who pleases her pleases me.
